SC recognise that quality - getting it right first time, in budget and on time is vital to delivering our services.
We regularly review our policies and process to ensure our objectives meet with the needs of our customers, the environment and business needs. In order to achieve quality we commit to taking time to fully understand customer requirements and needs, communicating any challenges directly back to the customer in a timely manner, to fully brief staff on customer requirements, comply with relevant regulations and best practises, review progress and feedback to clients regularly and wash up after each project to identify lessons learned and identify areas of excellence.
